DG's Excellence Award

This Award is being introduced into District 201Q3 this year by District Governor Beverley Bates. There are two sections to this Award.

Firstly, it is a way of recognising a Lion, Lioness, Leo, Lions Partner or a member of the general public for the exemplary humanitarian service work they perform in the Community. The service work performed must be totally non-fundraising, hands on service. The Award is a specially struck pin.

The second section of the Award is to recognize Clubs who instigate Signature Service Projects in their communities. Again, these must be totally non-fundraising, hands on and preferably of an on-going nature.
